Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to be home for a visit?
No. Most clients aren't home — we just need gate access. Give us a code, a hidden key location, or leave the gate unlocked on your service day, and we'll always latch it behind us.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We work rain or shine unless it's a genuine storm. If we do have to reschedule, you'll get a text and a new visit within 48 hours — no charge for the delay.
How many dogs and yard size does pricing cover?
Listed prices cover one dog and a standard suburban lot. Each additional dog is +$4 per visit (or per pickup). Acreage properties (common in Jupiter Farms) get a quick custom quote before the first visit — no surprise charges after the fact.
Can I get more than one pickup a week?
Yes. The Multiple Pickups plan is $20 per pickup, and you choose how many days a week — same add-on pricing applies: +$4 per additional dog per pickup, and +$25/month flat if you'd like deodorizing spray added.
How does the deodorizing spray add-on work?
Deodorizing spray is always an add-on, never included by default. It's +$9 per visit if you're paying visit-by-visit, or a flat +$25 per month if you're on a recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or multiple-pickup plan.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes, anytime. Call or text us before your next scheduled visit and we'll pause, reschedule, or cancel — no contracts or cancellation fees.
Do you offer one-time cleanups only, no subscription?
Yes. The Initial Cleanup plan is a standalone service for anyone who just wants the yard reset once, whether that's before a party, after a move, or after being away.
What are your hours?
Monday–Saturday, 8am–4pm. Closed Sundays and major holidays.

Booking is by call or text only at (561) 348-4421 — no online booking form. We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle, or we can send you an invoice through Square if you'd prefer to pay by card.
